I hereby grant permission to the Humane Society of Elkhart County, its representatives, and employees the right to use and publish the videos I have provided, in any form and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to marketing, promotional materials, social media, advertising, and any other public displays, without any financial compensation or further acknowledgment.I understand and agree that this consent is given in perpetuity and that I will not have the right to inspect or approve the final product or its specific use. I also waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of these videos.I further confirm that any individuals depicted in these videos, including any minors, have given their permission to be recorded and to have their likeness used as described above. In the case of minors, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian or have obtained the necessary permission from the parent or legal guardian to allow the Humane Society of Elkhart County to use these videos as described.This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or discussions.
